During this online workshop you’ll learn simple cooking concepts and pantry, fridge and freezer staples that will add variety to your dinners and make food allergy cooking more convenient and less expensive.

This workshop will be approx. 1.5 - 2 hours, and you’ll receive a full workbook that we’ll complete together during the workshop.

We’ll focus mainly on the top 10 Canadian priority food allergens (eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood, sesame, soy, mustard and sulphites), plus gluten but the concepts will be helpful for other food allergies too.

Happening Thursday Oct. 11 at 5:30pm MST, but a replay will be available for those who buy but can’t make it.
