Living Confidently With Food Allergy For Parents of Kids Age 2-7

Can I share a secret with you?

When my anaphylactic preschooler was starting school I worried about keeping her safe when I wasn’t there.  It was a really hard time and it kept me up at night, for a long time.

I know many of you are in the same boat.

Because right now, everything is in your control, but you worry about when your child is in the care of another adult, and how to educate and ensure caretakers know the importance of staying away from allergens & when to use epinephrine. Not only that, but you want your child to feel confident expressing their allergy and doing whatever possible to help themselves keep safe too.

Now, after 16 years as a multiple food allergy mom and several years as a Coach helping food allergy parents keep their kids safe, I’ve found some things that would have been life-changers back then. So guess what? I’ve got something for you!

What if my child has never had a severe allergic reaction

Living Confidently With Food Allergy

I’ve created a free, 5-day challenge to take the worry away and help you empower your food allergy little!

Here’s what some of the parents said who already took this challenge:

Margaret H. - "I'm learning and feeling more confident in my preschooler going to school because of this challenge!"

Kristen C. - “The challenge was such a wonderful experience & really gave us great tools to help make our lives easier & stress-free!"

Leah M. - “This challenge has given me SO many good ideas to reduce anxiety & increase confidence! Thank you!”

I’m super happy that this has helped 140 families so far and I hope to help your family so you’re living confidently with food allergy too.

Maybe you’re worried that your child will be safe at daycare or school.

OR

Maybe you want to fill your child’s independence cup so they feel confident sharing their allergies even when you’re not there.

OR

Maybe you just wish you could be all places at all times so you can always keep them safe (don’t worry, I totally get this!)

This challenge will help families who manage anaphylactic food allergies simplify food allergy life and empower yourself and especially your child age 3-7. You’ll be living confidently with food allergy in no time!

In this 5-Day Empowerment Made Simple Challenge you’ll get:

  • Practical ways to simplify food allergy life so you can reduce overwhelm and actually have time to focus on empowering your child. This is your starting point so you can reduce the food allergy overwhelm and actually have time to focus on empowering your little one! You'll get practical ways to make life easier without sacrificing safety.

  • Simple ways to lower your food allergy anxiety so you don’t transfer worry to your child. Sometimes your anxieties can transfer to your kids. • Safe and easy ways to manage social events with food allergies. Learn the best ways to help others understand how serious food allergies are and why you do what you do so you can safely spend time with friends and family and show your child they can live normally with food allergies.

  • Practical ways to empower your little for school. What does empowering your child for school look like and how do you even start? You'll get practical ideas so you can help your child become more independent so they're ready for school.

  • Empowerment secrets you never thought of that help your child develop allergy-safe, life-long habits. Discover the empowerment MUST-DO's according to research facts. I'll break down what's important (but often forgotten) and easy ways to get started so you can help your child keep themselves safe for many years to come!

Not only will you get all that great information, but there are prizes too!  Prizes help make the challenge a little more fun and encourage some excellent conversation and engagement in the Facebook group too.

Just a quick note about Facebook. I know many mamas aren’t a fan of Facebook, but it’s the BEST place to host an event like this. Even if you just create a profile for the week of the challenge, you’ll be so happy you did because you don’t want to miss all the fun & learning you’ll find there. Plus you need to be a member of the Facebook group to be included in the prize draws.

I can’t wait to help you discover practical ways to empower your preschooler, and get your family living confidently with food allergy!

Don’t miss your chance!

I plan to offer this challenge a few times per year so if it’s not enrolling now, get on my email list to be the first to know when it’s offered again. You’ll get the next challenge date and instructions to sign up on this page.
