There’s something about a rich and delicious, perfectly ripe avocado. It’s creamy and can be made chunky or soft and smooth. These extra special qualities allow avocados to be an amazing milk or dairy replacer if your little has a milk allergy.

It’s so versatile because you can change it based on your family’s tastes. The ingredients below are the base that I use all the time, but feel free to add chilis or garlic or tomatoes or even pomegranate seeds to add some zip (this is soooo good by the way).

There really is no limit on what you can do with good guacamole both as a dip or spread AND as a snack in itself.

Here’s what you’ll need to make guacamole

Avocados (as many as you want).

Pinch of salt to taste

A squeeze of lemon to taste

Mash all ingredients together to your favorite consistency and use to dip corn tortilla chips or your favorite allergy-friendly cracker. Also consider it as a spread on sandwiches, or anywhere you want to add some creamy deliciousness.
