You might be wondering what I mean by “top allergy flexible”.  Most food allergy moms don’t want to eliminate every top allergen unless they have to.  Which is why I’ve created and chosen recipes that will have top allergens in them.  The difference is that when there's a top allergen, there will be a delicious replacement suggestion or an easy way to eliminate the ingredient.  Which means each recipe is flexible enough to adapt to the top 10 allergies easily and deliciously.  All you have to do is print the grocery list and shop!
